You can access Secure Global Desktop using a separate, dedicated application - a Secure Global Desktop Native Client - instead of using a web browser. The Client is completely independent of the browser and the webtop. If the browser is closed, the Sun Secure Global Desktop Native Client continues to run.
The Native Client can only be used to access the classic webtop.
